All goods and services must be paid for upon receipt or by the invoice due date. If payment is not received by the due date, Godfrey’s Warehouse, Inc. and/or Georgia Fertilizer, LLC will assess a service charge of 1 ½% per month on the unpaid balance until paid in full.
Godfrey’s Warehouse, Inc. and/or Georgia Fertilizer, LLC may refuse to provide goods and/or services.
It is understood and agreed that notice of creation of all indebtedness, renewals, and extensions thereof, demand for payment, pretest notice of protest, and non-payment, including acceptance of this guarantee are waived and that upon non-payment at maturity, Godfrey’s Warehouse, Inc. and/or Georgia Fertilizer, LLC shall have the right to proceed directly against customer, jointly or severally, for the collection of all or part of the indebtedness.
In the event a dispute or claim arises, I hereby acknowledge and consent to the jurisdiction and venue of any court located in Morgan County, Georgia for the handling of such matters.
